The MSSC issued an order today abolishing the MRCP and returning procedure in all Mississippi courts to pre-rules practice, effective immediately.

Dang. Missed my chance.
I knew it was Primeaux after ruminating over whether my 2007 edition of Mississippi Rules of court was still outdated or applicable and then scrolling down. Anyone from Thibifeaux who names a dog Phideaux……….you can do the math.
