Looks too new for Hohenlinden, so I’ll guess Walthall.
Yup. Walthall, County Seat of Webster County, about 5 mi north of Eupora. Pop. 177, second-smallest county seat after Paulding in Jasper County. This old jail is right behind the Courthouse.

It looks like the old jail in Paulding, MS
Nope, Reggie, you’re too far south. And that old jail in Paulding never looked this well maintained since I first laid eyes on it around 35 years ago.
