Today (April 2, 2026), the Supreme Court posted proposed amendments to Rule 4 and Rule 81 of the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure. Comments must be filed with the Clerk of Appellate Courts at Post Office Box 249, Jackson, Mississippi 39205 by May 4, 2026.
